How set RITM state closed complete if ALL related tasks closed only.

Hi,

 

Please suggest for this requirement:
In catalog item there was RITM have only one task but is some one cerate's manual tasks in the RITM, that case if RITM state closed completed only if all related tasks is closed. Please suggest how we will achieve this requirement through business rule or flow designer.

Thanks for response and Is there possibility to update flow for if tasks with manual tasks also closed only then RITM should be update closed complete, because my requirement was only for one catalog item.

Hi @ashok17 

1st point, it is not best practice to create tasks manually in Req management. Now, if any one created, you need to put a check in flow / WF
