I'm building an integration using the Service catalog APIs. The goal is for users to create RITMs in ServiceNow from a third-party application. However, I have a question around how the add to cart and submit order APIs will work if multiple requests are being made from the originating third party application at the same time period.
If user 1 and user 2 submit their requests at the same time on the third-party app, would they have the same REQ? would it be the same session? How would servicenow tell the requests are from two different people.
All the requests from the third -party app will be authenticated and funneled through the same integration service account user in ServiceNow and we have 2-step checkout enables, hence can't use buy now API
