How to access PDI other than my own

My friend created an account on her PDI and sent me the username/password.
However, when I clicked the link to her PDI (https://devXXXXXX.service-now.com), I could not see the login page. The URL always leads me to my own PDI. Why?

Try in incognito mode and clear the browser cache.

Hi @VarisaraV

1. First Double check the URL provided by your friend to make sure it's correctly formatted and contais the correct instance name e.g., (https://devXXXXXX.service-now.com)

2.Before Clicking the link log out from your own instance.

3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try to accessing the link again.

4. Try to open the link on private or incognito mode.

If this helps, please mark this as correct/helpful.

Regards,

Raju G
