How to achieve this ?

I have a Rich Text label variable containing , 2 links .
So the requirement is after Clicking the both the links in Rich Text label variable  , Below variable "Have Read & Understand the Requirements? "  Should be visible how to achieve this . Can someone help me with this.

From my point of view this requirement is not feasible and should not be handled within ServiceNow
