How to achieve this ?

I have a Rich Text label variable containing , 2 links .
So the requirement is after Clicking the both the links in Rich Text label variable  , Below variable "Have Read & Understand the Requirements? "  Should be visible how to achieve this . Can someone help me with this.

links are meant to navigate to some url when user click on those.

Why would you want to make the below variable visible based on link click?

It is client requirement.
After reading both the documents the below Variable should be visible.

you cannot track if user has read the document or gone through the text

It's not possible.

Please inform to your customer regarding this. Not all requirements can be achieved within ServiceNow
