How to active English language on sys_language table?

Accidentally the English language changed its status from active to false, when I try to reactivate it, it gives me the error:

 

Setting active=true does not load/upgrade the English Language Plugin. To activate this plugin please navigate to System Definition - Plugins.

 

But I can't find the correct plugin or the way to reactivate English in the instance

With the English language disabled it does not appear in the language selection picker, and in the knowledge base, the language appears invisible, once I change it, English disappears and does not appear again until I log out

Hello, English is not designed to be deactivated, so there is no normal way to reactivate it, but I managed to solve it,

I share my solution to save information:

I had to enter the business rule "activate a language", there I made a change in the validation so that the plugin error would not be sent to me (since there is no plugin for English), save changes, change the active status to true, and it worked, everything returned to normal

@EvilRojo On which instance(Dev/Prod/QA) this mistake took place? If it is Dev/QA instance then you can fix it by applying a clone from the Prod instance. If it happened on Prod, may be you can take help from Now support by raising a case.

 

Unfortunately, American English is the default language of the ServiceNow instance and there is no separate plugin for it for more information please refer to https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/administer/localizat...

Is this a PDI or customer instance, if this is a customer instance just create a HI ticket and Support team will be able to sort it our for you.
