How to add a CI Dependency View to Dashboard with Interactive Filter?

I would like to add a Dependency View section(widget) to the dashboard that already has an asset report widget in it.  I'd like to select an asset in the asset report widget or use a CI search dropdown field widget to select the asset, then have the dependency view (widget) display the graphical dependencies associated to that asset.   Any thoughts on how to do so?

wow... interesting use case.

 

Might be very high level

 

but my experience say, not direct way to do this. or we need to see the working of
