How to add a field like “owner” in SOW for KB article

while adding a field in SOW for  KB article I am getting the below error. Could anyone please help me on this to resolve.

What version is the app? I'm on 28.0.0 (up to date) and it's editable. If you are on a lower one, try updating if possible.
