I'm developing a Playbook and I'm wanting to include an activity that includes a link to a catalogue item:
However, when I look at the list of activities available, I'm not sure which one I need to select:
Has anyone come across this before? I want the activity to include a link to a catalogue item.

I'd like to know a little more about your specific action. In your question you say you need to include a link to a catalogue item in an activity but don't clarify what that activity is. If you could provide more information about what the purpose of the activity is that you need to associate with a link to a catalog item we can provide a much better answer.
There are also some other questions that come up such as what is the purpose of the catalog item and how or does it then need to be related to the record associated with the playbook. Is it always the same catalog item or does it need to be dynamic?

Hi @John Gilmore That's what I need to know. I don't know what activity I need to use to include a link to a catalogue item. Ideally, I would like to use an activity that would take the user to a specific catalogue item.

@matthew_hughes - Sorry I didn't follow up on this sooner, if you didn't figure it out I think there are 2 options to achieve what you are looking for.
Option 1: Instructions Activity: With this activity you are simply provided a string field to display text to the user. You can use the rich text editor in that string field to create links within the text that would direct to your Catalogue Item. A user would then have to manually take action to complete the activity in the playbook once complete. This method would not provide any support for tracking or associating the created record with the playbook or its associated record.
Option 2: Create Record Activity: The create record activity can be configured such that it shows the user the catalog item or record producer directly in the playbook itself. This would be useful when it is required that the user submit a new catalog item or record producer before the playbook proceeds but is limited to presenting a single specific catalog item. If the catalog item needs to be dynamic then you would have to use a decision gateway in the playbook to identify and present the correct catalog item for each playbook run.
