[How to add a group in the subscription management module]

Since switching to the xanadu version, I can no longer add groups in the subscription management module.
The official documentation at the link below says that I can add groups on the details page, but I don't know how to navigate to the details page.

The subscribed groups tab in the image is not displayed, so I cannot click the add groups button.
If you know how to display that tab, could you please let me know?
