Hello.

Domain Contain and Domain Visibility can be used to give users see to other domains outside of their domain hierarchy.
Domain Contain and Domain Visibility can be used when the domain hierarchy does not meet business logic requirements.
In particular, Domain Visibility allows users of one domain to see records in another domain, and can be set for groups or users.

However, Domain Contain and Domain Visibility are not substitutes for domain hierarchies, and their use should be kept to a minimum due to the complexity of domain hierarchies and performance concerns.
