How to add allocation to the subscribed users in subscription management?

I tried to add the group in the subscription management. But it show no group found with roles.
I want to allocate this subscription with all users having approver_user role.

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am seeing "no groups with relevant roles available" for SPM now.
