How to add an attachment functionality in a service portal page?

I have this page to record data and I want to add an attachment functionality where users can add attachment in service portal.
Do you have an idea how to do it?

I just tested it out on my mobile (Samsung S6, chrome browser) and it worked. What configurations are you trying on?

Yup, Safari is different. Not sure why, but I can't even get my Service Portal open in safari.

yes, my friend tried on his samsung galaxy with chrome and it worked, i have installed chrome on my iphone and tried it did not worked. Not sure .
