How to add an External email id's in watchlist in service portal

How can i add an external email id 's in service portal  same as IT view

below image is service portal i am not able to add external email id's

Below image is IT view i want same in Portal how can i achieve that

Hi,

I am able to add email in watchlist on portal.

Enter emailId and press ENTER, or select the email Id shown in below suggestion list.

Hi Anil I tried I am unable to add external email id's which are not present in user table We are using Quebec release Can you please tell how u configured / which widget u r using can u brief us

I tried it on Form widget for incident form. 

Are you trying it on form widget or on Catalog Item widget?

Hi We are using Sc_catalog item widget I am configuring for record producer Is it not possible for sc_catalog widget Is there any other way we can achieve
