how to add buttons in each row of data table widget

I am using Data table from instance definition widget to display list of rows from queried table , now the question is how to include buttons to each row in widget .

please help to achieve this , as per our requirement there should be button displayed in each row as below i dont understand where and how to include script to display buttons in data table widget.
