How to add Edit button in a related list on Agent Workspace?

All,

I'm configuring a custom form layout in Agent workspace.

I have added a related list on to the layout, but I'm not finding any option to update the below stuff:

1) New button is visible in the Related list by default. But I'm unable to add Edit button.

2) Update List layout of the related list columns.

Could somebody please help!

Hello Vamsy,

In case you didn't try yet. Please check, if you can right-click on the header of the related list, and choose "Configure - List Control". Then in the new window, there is normally the button (UI action) on the top-right called "Enable Edit" - you should click this one. Normally it helps.
