How to add case restriction configuration for HR agent workspace,servicenow?

There is one 'Restrict' UI action on sn_hr_core_case table in HR agent workspace which is not working.

@bhakti2 According to the documentation Case Restriction Configuration is only available for Employee Relations cases, since you are trying the same on sn_hr_core_case hence the action might not be working for you.
