how to add change request column in Requested item table

Hi Guys,

How can I add new Reference column in Requested item table. The new column is related to the 

Change Request table, because in our set up the change request is located in related tab in

RITM form. Is it possible to create this new column which is related to a different table?

it's related to the table via parent field.

on RITM table also we have parent field, you can use the same to store CHG
