Hi Community,
I have a custom use case that creates incidents in ServiceNow. One of the requirements is to include hyperlinks in the incident description. However, when I use HTML anchor tags (``), they are displayed as plain text instead of clickable links.
Could you please let me know the correct way to add a hyperlink to the incident description field in ServiceNow?

Hello, If you need a clickable hyperlink, you’ll generally need to use an HTML field or put the link in a journal field such as Work notes using the appropriate HTML formatting.

string fields don't support links.
the only option is to use HTML field type or add link in journal fields using

tag
