how to add condition in notification

there is one requirement if assignment group is XYZ then notification will not trigger, there is one OOTB notification called 'Problem Closed inform Opener', in this notification in when to send section , send when condition is triggered like below, how can I add condition in particular notification

You can select "Record inserted or updated" in send when and configure your conditions accordingly either with condition builder or even with the script in advance condition.

we can't change send when condition from triggered to inserted or updated, is there any other option

can you open  'Problem Closed inform Opener', notification on problem table

Yes I can able to change the send when conditions in the 'Problem Closed inform Opener', notification on problem table, so please check once from your end as well, it suppose to be editable from your end as well. Did you check the view? Please change it to advance if it's not already.

I can also able to change from triggered to inserted to updated, but without changing like that is there any other option, as my understand this notification is triggering from flow designer but I couldn't find anything on flow designer
