how to add condition in notification

there is one requirement if assignment group is XYZ then notification will not trigger, there is one OOTB notification called 'Problem Closed inform Opener', in this notification in when to send section , send when condition is triggered like below, how can I add condition in particular notification

advanced condition option is also not there in 'Problem Closed inform Opener' notification
I am thinking from flow designer is triggering to this notification but I am not sure, If it is correct, which flow is triggering?

Can you verify once whether that notification is getting triggered in your instance or not because in mine when I tested with "*you opened has been closed" subject no any email was there and also we can identify if is there any flows present in our system for particular table e.g on problems list by clicking Configure > Flow Designer Flows. and currently there is no any flows or workflows present for problem table.
So can you please verify once whether that notification is getting triggered or not and if not then either you can change the send when condition to inserted or updated and add your group condition or you can create the new flow and add the logic in there as well by keeping send when condition as it is "Triggered".
Let me know your views on this and if is there any further queries.
