Hello Everyone,
I am looking for some guidance as to how to add contents into Service Portal.
The issue is i have to add the Block called Knowledge in Service Portal page as i happened to delete it by mistake and i am lost.

Please guide me.

Hello @Renu4
1) Navigate to pages from filter navigator , open the page on which all these stuff is present.
2)After opening page you can see something like below image :
3)In the related list of this page you can see containers.
4) Open the container record in which you want to add "knowledge Block"
5)After opening the container you can see the record of row. Again open that.
6)After that again you can see record of column(for get help icon that present currently on your portal)
7)Create a new column , then you can see related list of instance . Please create a new record just like below:
After that Knowledge block will get visible on portal.
