How to add custom option within the VA

Hi all,

 

In Virtual agent - now assit- if you type " I want to order new laptop" it will brings some catalog item and ask to "start request". Once you click on the start request it will show like this-

can anyone tell me where to add custom option here- Like- 'close'

Let me know if it's possible or best practices
