How to add dropdown choice in case ticket action widget

Hi Team,

I need to add a drop down choice (resolve) in Case ticket action widget like Close case drop down

You need to configure the Widget : Case Ticket Action to get the drop down values.

The options in that dropdown come from an OOTB widget in the "Action widget" field of the Standard Ticket Configuration (Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration) for that particular table. To include other options, you'll have to customize the widget (best practice would be to clone and customize the cloned widget).
