How to add Feedback widget in customized service portal in ServiceNow?

Dear Community,

 

My requirement is to add Feedback widget/option in Service Portal to provide generalized feedbacks for end users.

 

For ex: Below is screenshot from ServiceNow HI portal.

This is exactly the functionality I am looking to add in our sp. 

 

Can anyone please help me out here? I have no idea how I can add such widget on portal.

Hello!

This may or not be helpful. I stumbled upon this info today...I am 98% sure the SN Support portal uses the "feedback drawer widget", which is available to anyone with the Employee Centre Pro subscription.  If your company has that, you can install the EC application (even if it isn't deployed) to grant you access to the widget. Then you can install it on your SP.

If you don't have EC Pro, there is a super old post that might do the trick for you...just not with that widget:

Hi @Hritik and @wysenk 

 

As Kristin mentioned you can either use Feedback Drawer widget or enable Listening Posts Application which automatically adds Give Feedback on all the pages.

 

We call it Voluntary feedback. See this post for more details
