Steps to set up feedback in esc portal:

• Navigate to All -> Feedback Configuration

• Select Employee center feedback configuration, a form will appear.
• Mark active as true.

Note: This is in Employee Center Pro application. If it is already active, change the application scope and you can see the same in portal.

Hi @indrasengupta,

The feedback widget you are referring is Experience Feedback which is available only for Employee Center Pro (plugin : sn_ex_sp_pro). If the employee center pro is installed in your instance then you will see Experience Feedback Drawer widget in widget list. You can clone the widgets related to Experience Feedback and add it on service portal.
