How to add fields to RITM in employee center view?

How can I add fields like assigned to and assignment group to this area in employee center right here? This is the view when you go into "my requests" under my active items and you click into your item.

This is coming from Standard ticket configuration. You need to check.

No, it's working , refer rhe screenshot I shared.

Try to clear cache and add the right field (dot walk)

add the fields here in standard ticket config record for 'sc_req_item' table

Hello @smahmud 

 

We can accept multiple solutions in community with recent update. May be you can accept solution where I ordered chaitanya highlighted as to how it's working and also reasoning gave as to why fields won't populate. Incase you found that info valuable.
