How to add filter condition in workspace

Hi,
I have a custom field in my issue form reference to user table. So, in the workspace-> Task->My pending Tasks under that section these issues needs to visible when the that reference field refers to that logged in user.

you can have a filter condition in the "My Pending Tasks" like this
Assigned to [Dynamic] One of My Assignment
Something similar is already there for SOW

what do you mean by form navigation?
You need to create UX List and then add the filter condition.
