How to add hyperlink in the incident form banner in servicenow

Hi Team,

I need to add hyper link of KB article in the incident form banner near to incident number,

Please let me know how to configure this.

Not possible OOTB way. It is more in education instead of adding the technical debt.

Not possible without DOM manipulation.

DOM manipulation is not recommended practice.
