How to add incident link in AWA inbox layout

Hi Community,

How to add incident link in AWA inbox layout
if user open inbox that incident number should be hyperlink
how to achieve this?

I don't think you can add the hyperlink

Hi @shweta14 ,

 

 

As @Ankur Bawiskar have mentioned, it's not possible to add a Hyperlink in the inbox. Furthermore, inbox is meant for interaction records and not incidents.
