How to add indent/outdent as formatting option to Workspace HTML editor?

Hi,

I've been able to add indent/outdent to HTML editors in the backend by editing the property "glide.ui.html.editor.toolbar". 

Now I'd like to have this functionality for the editor on the CSM workspace draft mail, but the property changes don't apply to the Workspace HTML editor.

I've checked out UI builder and am on the email component, but don't see where to add the in-outdent functionalities

The formatting options such as Left, right alignment are already there for Compose Email in CSM workspace OOTB.

What extra you require?

Thank you for the reply. I'm aware left/right alignment functionality is available for compose email, but I'd like to add indent/outdent too. See first picture, I've marked the icons in yellow. 

Do you know how to add them?

you will have to deep dive inside UI builder and see if that's even possible or not.

Even if you are able to achieve, it will be a technical debt as you have done customization.

I will recommend inform your customer not to do this as it's against best practice.

Customers can always train their agents on how to use the platform and it's part of User Training.
