What are the minimum role required to have read only access on Regulatory changes, feeds,action task

I'm trying to grant read-only access to specific users for Regulatory Changes, Feeds, and Action Tasks in ServiceNow GRC. What are the minimum roles needed to achieve this without giving unnecessary permissions?

Hi @Anmol12 

Once you install the GRC plugin, you can go to the roles section and read the descriptions. GRC comes with specific modules, and each module has minimum required roles. I don’t have GRC currently installed, but during my training, I found that those specific roles are available.

My thoughts

-> recommended minimum role is "snc_read_only" to give readonly access to tables.

->you can use this role in combination of specific GRC module reader or user roles available for each modules (RCM, Feeds, Action Tasks etc).

Read-only role
