how to add info icon (ℹ️) to a reference field in servicenow.

Hi Team,

 

Having a reference field with name service offering on the problem form, i want to enable the info icon to that field.

 

how to achieve this?

It is OOTB, when you add a field as a reference and fill the value, you can see the i icon.

Thank you, AG, for your guidance, in PDI for all the existing incident and problem record service offering field was not filled its empty, so i could not find it.
