Adding multiple variables of type attachment will do, it should be simple and straightforward.

2 ways

1) Inform customers to use OOB paper-clip icon and users can add multiple files

OR

2) Create separate attachment type variable and there user can add only 1 file per variable

Hello,

We need 3 different files. 3 variables were created, but these attachments are not available in the post submit ticket. What could it be? How to show in the header what the attachments inserted into the standard paper clip look like? This is for the 3 attachments inserted in the 3 portal variables.
