How to add new tab beside related records on workspace

Hey there, I have a requirement where I need to create new tab beside details or related records on service operations workspace, please let me know "how to achieve it without ui builder"

What type of Tabs do you want to add and what does the business need? Without UI builder it is not possible and it will be a customization and increase technical debt.
