Open a change record , right click on header and go to configure , then to form layout

And then you get below screen, change the view to approval and make the changes and save

Hi,

if you want to remove highlighted field from form.

Go to Change request Configure --> Views --> Select Approval view ---> Add/Remove fields and Save

Hi,

The fields that you see below the approval form are basically coming from a UI macro named approval_summarizer_default.

But if you want to add/edit those fields, then go to the change request and look for approval view. In that you can add/remove fields nad it will work.
