How to add other field on pop up for Resolve

Unable to add a custom field "resolution category" to the pop-up of the Resolve button on the incident in the Service operations workspace.

were you able to find a solution. I have a similar requirement and updated the payload definition to include additional fields but no luck. Appreciate if you could share any information you have.
