How to add PDF to Service Portal homepage?

I have a requirement to add an PDF to the Service Portal homepage in the highlighted area.

Is it possible to do that? Please let me know how to do that.

@Admin7267 You can use icon link widget https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/build/service-portal/concept/icon-... to navigate the user to a URL showing PDF or add the PDF to KB article and put the KB article link in this widget.
