I have one requirement on creating reports.
Can someone suggest how can we calculate percentage on reports based on resolved/rejected & how to add percentage besides resolved as shown in snapshot.

Not sure what exactly you need to do,
but if your report is simple list type, you can try to use the List Calculations.
You will have something like this (right click on the column you want the calculation to happen):
