How to add Reference qualifier in On call schedule

Hi Team

I have requirement to add reference qualifier for select group field (only group type ITIL can be selected ) in On call schedule  create and modify page. Please let me know from where i can add

It would be interesting what others say, or what ServiceNow say as according to the below link, the Create/Edit Schedule module is not editable.

Robbie is correct, according to the KB document KB0791303 ServiceNow confirms that it is not editable.

As the code responsible for this behavior is not present on the User Interface (UI) page, it cannot be modified. However, to incorporate this behavior, this requirement can be added to the Idea Portal, or it can be voted on (if it is already submitted). Our development teams will review and prioritize future releases based on feasibility and priority.
