how to add/remove users on cab meeting MOM email notification

Hi Connection,

Help to to add remove cab meeting notification member. we have a cab definition in which board members and delegates user are selected, a notification is triggering via event is fired and I'm struggling to understand where to add/remove few new users on the MOM meeting notes email notification.

what are the different location I need to check for this..

There are many user's, who are currently receiving cab meeting MOM emails, I'm struggling to understand how to add/remove few user. I know that option user's/group's under who will receive tab. Let me know what all I have to check to achieve this.

I would like to know why you need to remove few user from MOM, it is not a good use case as if anyone who is part of CAB meeting must get the MOM too. 

2nd it is not a direct way to remove as in backend it check the cab participant and send.

There are few user's wrongly receiving mom email, and the are new user's added to the cab meeting.
