How to add report into Favorites ?

custom report --> need to add a report in the favorites ?

you simply drag and drop

I'm using Next Experience and I dont have option to drag and drop.  I've already clicked STAR, for favorite but is not pinned to my Favorites menu.  Any suggestion?
