How to add Requested For field in Create Catalog Task in flow designer?

Hello,

I'm try to populate value in Requested For field in Catalog Task, but could not find Requested For field un Add field value. (See Attached).  Could someone please help?  Thank you

The use case is each RITM contains multiple tasks.  Each task belongs to different requestor.  The tasks were created using workflow.  I need help on updating the requestor name in Task so that the each task reflect on each requestor.  If that is possible.  Thank you
