How to add Resolution Notes on Portal for incident and request ( My support portal)

I need help with steps to perform with how to add Portal / Incident: Resolution Notes (Incidents & Requests) need to be added on Activity Stream (MySupport Portal) 

As user, the user need to be able to check the resolution notes of a resolved ticket through the portal, where today only user able to see the activities of  ticket.
As of today, only working notes are provided.
