Hello everyone,
1. I have attached the two screenshorts of the issue which i am facing.
2. How to add Short description in requests widget in service portal like incidents showing. initially it is showing catalog item Name.
3. I need to replace catalog item name with Short description.
4. Short description is added for incidents widgets.
Need help.
