How to add the email option in the more options icon

In an incident we have the email option in the more options icon.   I need to add the email in the more options icon for Requests, Items, SCtask, and Problems.

Velvet did you add this attribute at the table level.

Navigate to system definition>Tables> search for your table

From the hamburger icon on the top left pick Show Dictionary Record, then add this line in the attribute field: email_client=true
