How to add the email option in the more options icon

In an incident we have the email option in the more options icon.   I need to add the email in the more options icon for Requests, Items, SCtask, and Problems.

We may be on different versions(jarkarta) but I went to Show Dictionary Record and I have the Email Client set..

Please change the value to true, It is case sensitive
