I can see when we try to end the chat it gives us the pop up of confirmation "Are you sure you want to end the current conversation" (refer below attachment), can we add the same confirmation popup just after we click on the chat icon on the portal saying "are you sure you want to start the conversation" .
we want this to be done just because sometime people by mistake clicks on that icon which starts the chat which is wrong.
