How to add to a list ?

so i need to add another option to a reference variable on a catalog item.

I went to maintain items and to the catalog item then to the variable needed but it only gives me the name of the variable and the actual reference name. where do i go to edit the reference (list) to add to the list.

Hi,

You cannot add options there.

You need to open the reference table and add records there.

For suppose, in your reference variable, if table name is shown as incident then go to incident.LIST and create new record there.

Hi @Joyea Mells ,

You can on the right track!!

Maintain Items >Select the catalog Item > Scroll down > Variables tab> open the variable of type "Reference"> Scroll down , you will see a tab called " Type Specifications" > Click on Type Specifications> Select "Advanced" in Use reference qualifier like below

In the "reference Qualifier" field you can edit by giving the conditions.
