Hi,
How to add 'unassigned calls' to mobile agent application. Have attached below the screenshot for an idea.
We have 'unassigned incidents' under 'My team' tab. Wanted to add 'unassigned calls' too.
Can anyone help by sharing step by step process in achieving this.
